Circular procurement
The Italian platform Zerow is continuing its expansion in Germany with a three-day showroom event in Berlin.

From May 26 to 28, the company will present a curated selection of high-quality Made-in-Italy deadstock materials at STUDIO183 in Bikini Berlin, specifically targeting local brands and designers. The goal is to make access to premium textiles and leather easier, more flexible, and more cost-effective.

Founded in Florence by Gabriele Rorandelli and Alessio Troisi, ZEROW responds to the growing demand for smaller and more agile production models. In times of volatile supply chains and geopolitical uncertainties, sourcing high-quality materials in small quantities remains a challenge, particularly for small and medium-sized brands. ZEROW bridges this gap by making surplus materials from the Italian luxury supply chain available both digitally and through physical showrooms.

Since its launch in 2024, the platform has built a network of more than 13 Italian luxury suppliers and now serves over 3,000 customers in 40 countries. About 60 percent of customers return to place additional orders. The product range now includes more than 10,000 textile and leather items and is aimed at both emerging designers and established brands.

All materials are verified and come with a “Certificate of Circularity,” which ensures transparency and traceability throughout the procurement process. As a result, brands benefit from more efficient and responsible material sourcing without compromising on quality or design.

In Germany, labels such as Haderlump, Marlon Ferry, and SF1OG are already working with materials from ZEROW. The Berlin event offers designers and brands the opportunity to explore the materials in person and network directly with the team.

To wrap up the showroom, a “Meet the Designer” talk with Ruben Nowak, founder of the fashion label nowrubi, will take place on May 28, moderated by Fatima Njoya. The discussion will focus on creative processes, circular material strategies, and new opportunities for collaboration within the European fashion industry.

The Berlin showroom marks the start of ZEROW’s extensive European expansion this summer. The platform will also be present at Pitti Uomo in Florence, Berlin Fashion Week, and Copenhagen Fashion Week.
