Start of the season with radiance
On 1 and 2 July 2025, View Premium Selection will open the Autumn/Winter 26/27 season in the Dampfdom at Motorworld Munich. Around 300 international collections from the areas of fabrics, additionals, denim and sportswear will form the framework for the preview event, which, according to the organizers, is once again fully booked.
The focus is on materials that combine feel and function. Elegance meets authenticity, natural wool fabrics meet technical surfaces, classic patterns meet sculptural structures. Tweed, herringbone and mohair knits are complemented by patent looks, coated cotton, corduroy and fake fur.
"As new products for Autumn.Winter 26/27, we are presenting our specialties - that means fake furs, teddy fabrics, fleece fabrics, patterned and plain as the MAPEL collection, as well as high-quality woven coat fabrics such as velour, drape and loden, predominantly plain or with small patterns as the STELLONI collection. We always and mainly focus on wool - combined with cashmere and camel hair. We are currently seeing strong demand for faux fur, although it is difficult to predict what will be a big hit in winter 2026," explains Mapel SPA. ADA Denim is also highlighting developments: "We are seeing a stronger presence of animal fur patterns for the new season. We are also seeing marble effects achieved through printing or coating. Draped and flowing fabrics are becoming more important and 3D structures are in high demand. In terms of materials, natural fibers are still the trend: cotton, lyocell, silk, wool and cashmere are key."
New exhibitors such as Soalon from Japan, Van Delden from Germany and TMG Textiles from Portugal will provide fresh impetus. The line-up is complemented by premium brands such as Bonotto, Calik Denim, Liberty Fabrics, Pontetorto, Miroglio Lana, Trabaldo Togna, Limonta and Lyria.
