With "Retire Rich", Trade Republic and Kappa are launching a joint limited-edition statement that is more than just a fashion gimmick: a clear message to a pension system that no longer works for many. "People are frustrated. Their pensions are no longer secure and politicians are ignoring the problem or hiding behind outdated promises. This jersey is aimed at a generation that understands that they have to take their future into their own hands and become financially active," says Trade Republic co-founder Christian Hecker.
Today's generation wants to shape its own financial future and is now showing this in fashion. 25 percent of the sales price goes to the Finlit Foundation, which provides young Europeans with practical financial knowledge.
The jersey will be released on August 19 in a limited edition of 2000 pieces and is available exclusively at kappa.com. A mix of fashion, message and mission. Or as Trade Republic puts it: "If we want to retire rich, we have to do it ourselves."
