The Holy Goat
Fairness as a matter of course
Simone, what makes your product relevant?
Simone Goschler, owner of The Holy Goat: " Today, it should be convincing across the board: evoke emotions, fit in with your personal lifestyle and be produced fairly. Fairness at every stage of production is a matter of course for us.
Fashion only works at a fair price. Do you agree?
Not quite. There are customers who buy a beautiful product because it appeals to them emotionally and makes them feel good. The price is of secondary importance.
Price sensitivity is also an issue in luxury.
For comparable basics, yes. The situation is different for unusual products that stand out due to their special finish and craftsmanship. Their higher price is seen as justified.
Has luxury in its old form had its day?
Of course there are still brand fetishists. But more and more women are interested in origin, craftsmanship and details. For them, this luxury is a statement that underlines their individuality.
How functional should a cashmerecollection be?
Absolutely versatile! Our pieces work just as well on the beach as in a restaurant, they are great eye-catchers, high-quality and comfortable. That's why our customers are often asked about them. Of course, that flatters us a lot!
How does fashion boost self-confidence?
Everything we consciously surround ourselves with boosts our self-confidence. However, the wearer's desire for beauty and aesthetics does not end with the wardrobe, it only begins there. We all have the desire to show ourselves in the best light.
