Pitti Uomo
Solid Figures and International Appeal
The 110th edition of Pitti Uomo in Florence has reaffirmed its position as one of the most important international platforms for menswear.
About 740 brands presented their Spring/Summer 2027 collections. The trade show attracted a total of more than 14,000 visitors, including about 11,000 buyers. With over 5,200 international buyers, the proportion of international visitors remained high. The strongest markets included Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States, Japan, and France.
Despite the ongoing challenging economic conditions, the organizers view the event as a success. The focus was less on visitor numbers and more on the caliber of the international buyers and the intense business activity during the four days of the trade show. Many exhibitors reported substantive discussions and a high level of interest from retailers.
The supporting program also made a significant impact. Highlights included guest designers Simone Rocha, DSM Kei Ninomiya, and Jiyong Kim, as well as the special project “Code Korea,” which focused on the creative dynamism of the Korean fashion scene. In doing so, Pitti Uomo once again underscored its commitment to combining and expanding business and innovation.
