Reliability instead of trends

Reliability instead of trends
What makes Sublime stand out?

Lukas Höller, owner of Sublime: Sublime was never a planned concept for us; rather, the store grew out of our own interests. My wife Karin and I founded it together and, since the beginning, have deliberately focused on small labels with history and products that have real value. Our passion for good things connects us with the brands we work with.

How do you inspire menswear customers today?

Those who discover us are particularly impressed by our store—and word gets around. We appeal to people who have an eye for select, high-quality clothing and accessories, and we win them over with our carefully curated range. Despite our strong online presence (note: over 35,000 followers on Instagram), I firmly believe that brick-and-mortar retail makes all the difference.

What trends do you see for 2026 and beyond?

We often say that we don't do "real" fashion. We focus on high-quality classics: good jeans, welted shoes, beautiful knitwear. The brands we offer stand for reliability rather than short-lived trends. We are observing that volumes in menswear are becoming slightly more generous and that customers are developing a new appreciation for classics. More young people than ever before are coming to us in search of the right penny loafer.
