Christian Bachler as the new CEO

The Silhouette Group has appointed Christian Bachler as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board, effective April 13, 2026.

The internationally experienced manager most recently served as Executive Vice President at the Fiskars Group, where he was responsible for the global Vita business unit. Bachler has more than 20 years of management experience in the consumer goods and lifestyle industries, as well as extensive expertise in brand management and strategy. Previous leadership roles, including positions at Swarovski, underscore his brand- and customer-focused approach.

The current CEO, Reinhard Mahr, will continue to serve the company as CFO until his planned retirement and ensure a smooth transition.

With this order, the Silhouette Group is sending a clear signal of its commitment to further growth and strengthening its international market position.
