In this interview, Heinz Rosenthal explains why people remain the focus for them—even in the world of AI—and shares what’s new at the agency.

As an agency, you embrace traditional values in the best sense of the word. Why are they more relevant than ever?
Heinz Rosenthal: Because even today, nothing works without good personal contact. Trust is a very valuable asset, and it’s important that we inspire and support one another. Our customers, our producers, and we form a team. Digital support helps, of course, but the personal touch is what makes the difference—perhaps even more so in the future than ever before. This includes a willingness to perform, as well as a willingness to serve and to make an effort to succeed, especially in challenging situations. The success of honest products, backed by genuine appreciation, creates security and reliability with economic significance.
Speaking of authentic products: Which one is new?
FPM Milano, a luggage collection designed for stylish travel and a beautiful alternative to run-of-the-mill options. The third-generation family-owned company behind the brand manufactures its luggage in Italy to the highest standards, using aluminum or polycarbonate, and has launched exciting collaborations with Pagani and Gucci.
What other collections define you?
The Felisi bag and belt collection, founded in 1973, crafts exceptionally high-quality products with outstanding craftsmanship. Van Kukil uses first-class, yarn-dyed cashmere from the Himalayan mountains. Kiltie is also a long-standing partner with a wonderfully tasteful line and its own distinct identity. The products are authentic, without any artificial hype. The fact that the merchandise is delivered on hangers is an additional, customer-oriented service that shouldn’t be taken for granted.
