Under the anniversary theme “30 Years of Perfect Fit – Empowering Women with Style,” Raffaello Rossi is celebrating its 30th anniversary and honoring all the women who shape the brand with their personality, poise, and individuality.

For 30 years, Raffaello Rossi has been synonymous with premium women’s pants featuring a perfect fit, high quality, and modern style. Founded in 1996 by Brigitte and Ralf Schellenberger in Großwallstadt, the label has grown into an internationally successful brand in the premium segment. Today, the founders, together with their sons David and Tobias, are leading the brand into the next generation with the goal of combining tradition and the future. “30 Years of Perfect Fit” symbolizes three decades of consistent innovation and customer focus.
With approximately 130 employees, a female workforce of over 80 percent, and production primarily based in Europe, Raffaello Rossi is committed to quality, responsible business practices, and timeless modernity. More than one million pairs of pants are sold annually in over 20 countries—through approximately 1,450 specialty retail partners worldwide and more than 1,000 in the D-A-CH region.
The focus has always been on combining a perfect fit with emotional value. “From the very beginning, our goal has been not just to dress women in our pants, but to make them feel good. Comfort, style, and self-confidence all in one,” explains Product Manager Brigitte Schellenberger. This commitment remains central for the next generation as well. Tobias Schellenberger emphasizes: “For us, innovation, sustainability, and modernity naturally go hand in hand—with the goal of designing pants for the women of today and tomorrow.” David Schellenberger adds: “For us, 30 years are above all a driving force to further develop the brand and continually stay in tune with the spirit of the times for our customers.” Father Ralf Schellenberger is proud of his sons’ decisions: “We look back with pride on how our values are being carried forward by the next generation and interpreted in a contemporary way with fresh inspiration.”
