Bye-bye Black Friday
While November is dominated by Black Friday and Cyber Monday in many places, the Cologne-based fair fashion label Lanius is making a conscious statement against the consumer frenzy.
Under the motto "Mindful November", the sustainable womenswear brand invites you to a month full of inspiration, slowing down and conscious fashion. ""With Mindful November, we want to show that styling content and mindfulness are not mutually exclusive. We are building a bridge from sustainable fashion to slowing down and conscious consumption and celebrating a month of mindfulness, inspiration and appreciation with our customers," explains Meike Suer, Head of Marketing at Lanius. Instead of discount campaigns, the label is focusing on topics such as conscious consumption, textile care and sustainable styling - supplemented by informative content, insights into production processes and the brand's first online archive sale.
One highlight is the repair event on November 22 in Cologne, which is being held together with Repair Rebels and Visible Mending expert Ekaterina Haak. Participants will learn how to creatively repair their favorite items - as an act of appreciation and sustainability.
