Sustainability, innovation, and creative visions are at the heart of Denim Première Vision, which will take place once again at Superstudio Più in Milan on May 20 and 21, 2026.

As one of the most important international platforms in the denim industry, the event brings together over 60 select exhibitors from Italy, Japan, Turkey, and other countries, thereby sending a strong signal of global cooperation and forward-looking developments.

The ninth edition features an impressive lineup of exhibitors, 10 percent of whom are first-time participants. At the same time, renowned industry leaders such as Cone Denim and Arvind Limited are returning, further enhancing the trade show’s international profile. With a balanced mix of weaving mills, apparel manufacturers, and suppliers of accessories, technologies, and services, the event offers a comprehensive overview of the entire value chain of the denim industry.

A central element of the event is its focus on education and fostering the next generation of talent. In collaboration with Istituto Marangoni Milan, workshops, presentations, and student projects are being organized to offer fresh perspectives on design and innovation. Of particular note is the presentation by student Lolie Bernard, who explores authenticity and emotional honesty in the creative process.

Environmental responsibility also plays a crucial role. In collaboration with the Dutch organization CBI, the “Circular Apparel Tunisia” project is being presented, which supports companies in transitioning to circular production processes. At the same time, the “Redefining Blue” project is setting new standards in sustainable dyeing technologies and demonstrating how bio-based solutions can drive change in the industry.

A highlight of the event is the tribute to denim legend Adriano Goldschmied. Three of his final collections, designed for Pioneer Denim, are featured in a special exhibition that highlights his enduring legacy.

The event is rounded out by numerous presentations and the Denim Trends Forum, which highlights the latest developments for Fall/Winter 27/28. Innovative materials, artisanal processes, and new silhouettes come together here to create a visionary interpretation of denim as a dynamic, adaptable medium.

Denim Première Vision impressively demonstrates how tradition, technology, and sustainability can be combined to create a sustainable industry—and once again confirms its role as a driving force within the global denim community.
