The Bayreuth-based brand CEP is launching an optimized version of its Optaspeed Bowtech running shoe in May. "Our goal is to bridge the gap between medical-biomechanical aspects and performance-oriented products. We want to create a high-performance, comfortable, and medically sound product," says Sebastian Seiler, Head of Footwear at CEP. By combining scientific expertise, technological innovation, and genuine user feedback, a shoe with targeted improvements has been created that offers a more spacious forefoot, a redesigned heel construction, and an adapted fit for more space and performance.
