Centre Commercial
New Bastille Store
With the opening of its new multi-brand store on Rue de Charonne, Centre Commercial is turning a new page.
Since its founding in 2010, the Paris-based retail concept has been known for its carefully curated selection of brands that combine responsibility, quality, and contemporary design. Following Centre Commercial Kids (2013) and Centre Commercial Outdoor (2025), the new store expands the concept with another location in the heart of Paris.
“When we opened Centre Commercial in 2010, we wanted to bring together brands that consciously take a different approach—made in France or Europe, using organic materials, and committed to operating more sustainably. Back then, few people believed in this concept,” says Martin Rouillard, Head of Retail Development at Centre Commercial. “With the new store at 26 Rue de Charonne, we’re fulfilling a long-held dream. The location is just a few meters from our first offices, where the Veja brand was founded in 2005. It consistently carries forward our vision of a cleanly designed space with a carefully curated selection of brands.”
The new multi-brand store combines inspiring architecture with a curated selection of international brands, including Agnés B, A Kind of Guise, JM Weston, Monitaly, Paraboot, Porter Yoshida, Satisfy, Studio Nicholson, TenC, Veja, and Yuketen, and underscores Centre Commercial’s commitment to combining conscious consumption with a modern retail experience.
