Astorflex has been producing leather shoes with natural rubber soles and stitching since 1820 and recently expanded its product range to include high-quality loafers for men and women. Around 100 employees in Castel d'Ario handcraft the shoes from purely vegetable-tanned leather using solvent-free adhesives. The team led by CEO Fabio Travenzoli exemplifies how expertise can be leveraged as momentum.
