Sarah Freise is optimistic about the new season. And with good reason.
Antones? What's behind the name?

Sarah Freise, founder of Antones: It's a tribute to my grandpa Anton. He had this special way of getting into conversation with everyone - curious, generous, a free spirit. That left a deep impression on me. That's exactly how I want to run my company: intuitively, trustingly and with partnerships that last.

What does Antones stand for?

For brands with soul - mostly family or owner-managed, a lot of craftsmanship, strong color worlds and a special feel for quality. Brands such as Moismont, Latinò or O'Mer do not stand for mass, but for character. But just as important to us is the positive energy, the togetherness. Fashion can and should be fun - especially today. This is not a minor matter, this is the Antones DNA.

Are you also starting the season with a new brand?

Yes, I am delighted to be representing Nous Antwerp in Germany and Austria for the first time. The collection has personality: great cuts and colors, wonderful, natural fabrics, lots of attention to detail. Nous is a real asset, perfect for the discerning retailer looking for substance, emotion and style.

You sound optimistic ...

I am too! Right now, it's important to be present, to create proximity. Our showrooms in Cecilienallee in Düsseldorf and in Lodenfreypark in Munich are designed with a lot of love, open, lively and inviting. Our central stand at Supreme in Munich is also new. And with Moismont, we are also on the Praterinsel for the first time - more visibility, more exchange. I am convinced that in the end it's not about numbers, but always about people.
