Alberto
Dynamic
What trends are you currently observing, Marco?
Marco Lanowy, CEO of Alberto: “This is an incredibly dynamic phase in which a lot is being reorganized, and at the same time, a lot of new possibilities are emerging. While speed and complexity are increasing, that is precisely what generates energy.”
What does that mean specifically for Alberto?
For us, this is essentially a confirmation that we’re on the right track. Our roots lie in functional and material innovation—and that’s exactly what’s becoming more important than ever. Lightweight design, comfort, and intelligent quality are our focus. At the same time, it’s about making modernity wearable, not abstract.
And how is the pair of pants changing as a product?
I often say: Pants are still pants—just more comfortable. Silhouettes are becoming more relaxed, and the classic slim fit is losing a lot of its significance. Instead, the focus is on freedom of movement, new proportions, and a natural feel. For many young customers, belts are also becoming unnecessary because fit is conceived differently today. The revival of jeans is particularly exciting right now—but not in a nostalgic way; rather, they’re being reinterpreted.
