The Academia label stands for a contemporary vision of the fashionable blouse, with clean designs and casual coolness.
For the fall-winter season 2026/2027, the women's collection of the family-owned company Gehrardi SRL will be expanded with Italian style, new shapes, details, and fabrics. The styles range from figure-hugging blouses to oversized shirts with maxi cuffs and large patch pockets for fashionable layering. Sartorial details, from capes with plastrons in a cut-edge look to double cuffs, testify to traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary twist.
Cotton poplin and silk, plain or printed, are complemented by soft, lightweight flannels; either plain in deep, calm shades, as overdye checks or striped in cashmere blend qualities. The color palette is warm and wintery, featuring natural gray and brown tones, complemented by burgundy and denim in several bleach variations. The core price range of the collection is between $180 and $300 RRP. What else makes the difference? "The expertise of the family business and selective distribution with a clear no sales policy," says Ludovico Nees from First Floor Agency, which distributes the label in the German and Austrian markets.
